Dorcas (Dori) is a hard working lady that always gets the job done. I have two children (currently 1 and 3 years old) and a large house with an office. She always manages to clean thoroughly and takes initiative. I don't have to tell her what to do, if she is done with all her normal work she washes out the kitchen cupboards, etc. She understands what is asked of her and always does her job with a smile. She is also a person with wonderful Christian values and believes. When my kids were sick she would always pray for them. Nothing in my house ever went “missing” and if she needed anything she would always ask. The only reason why she is not still working for me is because she is English speaking (she couldn't always communicate with my children) and my previous house keeper is coming back. She does however speak and understand a little Afrikaans. I am very sad to let her go. I can assure you that if you let Dori into your home you would not be sorry…
